Hi, I’m Clarissa. I’m a social, emotional, & sexual health educator & coach for tweens, teens, & adults.
I help young people navigate the transition from kid to teenager with candid education and skill development. I can also correct most of what they’ve heard at the back of the school bus.
I help grown-ups achieve the relationship they want with nonviolent communication, emotional regulation, & conflict resolution skills. I can also help fill gaps in your knowledge about sexual health.

PHILOSOPHY
I firmly believe that young people and adults have a right to high-quality information about sexuality, relationships, and mental health. These are all areas we missed out on in school that have a huge impact on our daily lives and overall happiness. With education, support, and an emphasis on building skills, I help people feel better on a deep down level about who they are and who they’re in relationship with.
